Enjoy your trip to Makasutu Park cultural forest. A private Ecotourism woodland reserve in Kombo Central District, on the west coast region of the Gambia in West Africa. The nature park has a land area of 405 hectares and encompasses the mandina bolong, a tributary of the Gambian river. The protected wildness is a pristine expanse of riverine, palm and hardwood-Forest, mangroves creek, savannah and salt-flat Ecosystem. You can spot troops of baboons, different spices of birds and natural vegetation. We will also visit the fortune-teller and wine tapper who will give you the opportunity to taste the fresh palm juice. You will also see a demonstration how to climb a palm tree and even have the chance to try to and climb the palm. We will take boat trip among the mangroves. Buffet lunch is also included while we get entertained by the jola cultural group.
This trip is available in both options - day trip and half day trip. The main difference is that you will have a lunch at the place if you book day trip. And of course you will spend more time in the Makasutu park.
